Fall Catching Program
Catching Specific Training. A results driven approach to making your job easier.
Fall Program Starts In
Coach Cam MacDonald
Catching Coach · D1 UMaine · Seabrook, NH
Cam grew up right here in Seabrook and played three seasons of Division I baseball at the University of Maine, where he also served as catching coach. As the 2020 NH Gatorade Player of the Year, he's lived the path from local Little League fields to the D1 level, and he leads the Powerhouse Catching Program for baseball athletes ages 12 to 18.
Catching is one of the most demanding positions on the field. Receiving, blocking, throwing, game-calling, and managing your own body through a long season. It all takes specific training. Cam teaches the exact fundamentals that separate advanced catchers from everyone else, whether you're a youth player learning to strap on the gear for the first time or a high schooler trying to earn your spot behind the plate.

Build From the Ground Up
Fall Baseball Catching Program (Ages 12-18)
This 8-week course will set you on your way to being prepared both mentally and physically to catch a baseball game.
Led by Camden MacDonald, former catcher and catching coach at the University of Maine, this program draws from Division I experience to deliver real results. Every athlete is evaluated and given a specific plan focused on improving receiving and blocking, lowering pop times with efficient footwork and transfers, and developing leadership and game awareness behind the plate. With small group training, catchers get the personalized instruction, high-level reps, and game-like scenarios needed to elevate their performance. Physical conditioning and training that is necessary to be a high-level catcher will also be worked on throughout each session.
Serious about becoming a catcher that every pitcher wants to throw to? This is where it starts.
